Fairness
for All Director Hilary Carnihan was the Head of a multicultural
school in London for 12 years, and has worked as a trainer for the
Metropolitan Police. Since creating Fairness for All,
her team’s experience & expertise have benefited schools,
voluntary sector, private & public bodies.
An impressive 94% of clients evaluate
our trainers as good or very good.
Our
dedicated staff come from varying backgrounds: African
Caribbean, Asian, White British, male and female.
They work cohesively as a team and on occasions go in as a group
of 7 trainers to work in an institution.
